We would like to extend our deepest gratitude and thanks to Mr. Dave
McKee and The Marching Virginians on an outstanding performance Friday

Jazz band and memorial day parade videos have been added. There are a
few 2006-2007 DVD and CD sets left for sale. Anyone that wants to be in
the colorguard needs to talk to Mr. Maddy. Mr. Maddy handed out a letter during class, you can view it here.
The Narrows High School Green Wave
Marching Band,
Concert Band and Jazz Band are all under the direction of Mr. John
Maddy. They have enjoyed a very successful 2006 - 2007
season.
With all their hard work they received a excellent rating at the
adjudication in Cincinnati, Ohio in May of 2007. Band members started
each season with summer band camps, extra practice sessions and many
hours of dedication to their field shows, concerts and fund raisers.
Band members help also to raise money by selling cookie
dough,
pizzas, suckers and their annual Christmas fruit sale. Their newest
fund raiser which was started in the spring of 2006, is a dvd of their
field shows, Christmas parade,
adjudication and practice session photos with a music cd of musical
selections from the years performances.
